Pages appearing on left-hand side even tho' I specify "No Parent"

Hello everyone,

I am really having trouble with pages. When I create a page, the title is appearing in bold on the left hand side of my firm’s website, rather than simply being available through the website. I do not want to affect the list of categories on the left hand side. For instance “Rhode Island Fiance Visa Lawyer” is appearing in bold on left hand side, when I actually just want it to be a page under PRactice areas.
