    I’m getting this error on the login after upgrading to WordPress 3.1

    Semisecure Login is not enabled!
    Please enable JavaScript and use a modern browser to ensure that your password is encrypted.

    Also here, on several sites. I tried reinstalling, changing htaccess rules in case there was a conflict, but still not working.
