• I’ve only made one theme(not 2010) available to network sites but yet when they first activate they still get the Twenty Ten theme regardless. how to keep this from happening?

    Yes, this is true. You have to define your default theme in your wp-config.php file 🙂

    define('WP_DEFAULT_THEME', 'theme-folder-name');

    Where theme-folder-name is the CASE SENSITIVE name of your theme folder you want to use as default. And yes, you MUST define something.

    aaaaand you may have issues if you;re setting a child theme.
