Custom field inside loop on custom page

Ok I created a custom page that displays all the posts from a particular category. I implemented some custom fields outside the loop and they work. I wanted to add custom fields inside the loop as well but I have to be doing it wrong because everything I tried is not working. This is the code to my custom page:

Inside the post(line 91) where you see:
<em>- Miley Cyrus</em>
is where I'd like the custom field to appear. The name of the custom field is quoteby and the value of the field will be Miley Cyrus.

Could someone PLEASE look at this and add the necessary custom field code where it should go & repost the edited version of my custom page? I'm sort of a beginner when it comes to php codes and the loop. HELP!! This has been plaguing me for days!!!!
