Photo Gallery with external links

I would like have a photo gallery (about 30 pictures) on a static page in WordPress (blog1). These photos will link to other blogs So photo 1 will link to blog2. Photo 2 will link to blog3. There will be 2 or three photos that link to the same blog. I am using multi-site.

Is there a plugin where I can add photos to a gallery, and enter a link for each photo. I could code it on the blog1 static page, but if there was a plugin for this, it would make it easier for others to add photos.
