KB Linker not link all instances of the word.

We have the word stuck on the site http://travelaccommodationsinternational.com/are-you-ready-to-travel-and-make-some-money/ with it linking to our opt-in. Only one instance of the word (see last paragraph) is linked. What do we need to do to get all three linked?
