Changing admin for plugins

    I have changed three pages in the admin side. admin-header.php, post.php and template php to get the admin side of the featured gallery plugin to work slightly differently. The problem is taht everytime there is an upgrade the changes get lost. The admin-header.php page just has some extra javascript. How are you suppose to change the admin side of plugins so that core code doesn’t get changed.
