[Plugin: Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension] get_post_var not return post ID

Hi, nice straight forward plugin. As far as I could see, it doesn’t come with the functionality to return post->ID so I had to add another switch case:

case 'post_id':
    $key = 'ID';
    break;

If i’m not wrong then can you have a look and add this so I don’t have to keep adding it with every upgrade?
