hi there, I just upgraded to 3.0.5 but I have not used this plugin before today. I downloaded the CSV file and it’s not saving the results and not giving off any error messages.

I am using two plugins that might affect it? WP Super Cache and Autoptimize.

The space in the form name is causing a problem.
remove this and things should work fine. If you have some results already on the system, you can get to these through phpmyadmin.
