login button for admin is suddenly missing

i’ve been updating the webpage for my organization. i have limited web experience, but enough to get by. i was updating the site, then a while later decided to check it out and noticed that there were some broken links. so i scrolled down to the bottom of the homepage so i could login to fix the broken link, and the Login/Register buttons were missing!! so now i can’t login to make any changes. i’ve been updating this website with the Weaver 2010 theme for several days now, with no problems. why can’t i login now? it’s not a matter of username/password – there is NO login link. help!
