page anchors as submenu items

    Hi

    Been looking for a way to use page anchors <a> as submenu items for that page, with the goal of extending that functionality into a plugin. I have a few ideas, but don’t want to hard-code anything just to get it to work. I’m using a custom theme and the 3.03 default nav. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

    You want to add submenu items, without actually having to add them via the menu editor/creator? I’m not sure if that’s right, but that’s how your question reads. Can you please clarify.
