When we open our organization’s (Catholic Social Services) website, http://www.cssalabama.org, this message appears: “The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later”. How are we going to fix this? I just put pictures and added some pages using the WP Bakery. I was not the one who first made our website. So I don’t know if we have a host, I don’t know how to code, etc. I can’t log in to the dashboard now. Please help us. Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Please contact your host to see how much bandwidth you get, how much you used, and how you might get more.

Thank you for responding. But the thing is, we don’t even know our host, or if we have one.

Yes, you have a host. Websites need one. You seem to be at A2hosting.com
