[Plugin: Assignment Desk] Assignment desk overrides new post on PREVIEW

    Hey guys. Going back to the “assignment desk overrides all posts” problem, which was officially fixed in the latest version.

    It seems the problem still persists if you make a new post in the dashboard and try to preview it before publishing it — Assignment desk overrides the post preview.

    A fix for this would be much appreciated, as the need to preview the formatting of our posts before publishing them live is obviously important.

    Hey Ed,
    Sorry for the delay. I’ve taken a look at this. To clarify, do you mean the Assignment Desk modifies the output of the post when you’ve hit the “Preview” button on the post? Instead of seeing the Assignment Desk functionality, you’d like to see the post as it would normally appear?

    Yeah if you compose a new post in the dashboard, and hit “preview” before its published, instead of seeing what the post would look like fully formatted when it goes live, you see the assignment desk functionality, which really doesn’t make much sense.

    When we have someone inserting images, formatting tables, changing fonts, etc. we need to be able to have them preview what those posts will look like live, before actually publishing them life.

    Great catch Ed. I’ve just committed a fix. There are a couple other bugs I’d like to catch, and then I’ll push Assignment Desk v0.9.4 live.
