Onenews Theme Question

    I am looking at the theme OneNews.
    It’s a paid theme, and I’m happy to buy it, but support appears limited. (i.e. the author offers paid support, don’t know at what price.)
    I am looking at the site http://ericulous.com/onenews/ and see the menubar, with a row of links from Home thru Blog. I found the setup guide and find no reference to how to create that menubar. Anyone here use OneNews and know how to do this?

    Update – I was looking at an older version of this theme. The latest (3.0) has the menubar as part of the theme itself, nothing special needs to be done. So I purchased this theme, and am happy with the results.
