EventCalendar3 help

Hey, I’m kind of new to PHP and all. I’ve recently just installed the EventCalendar3 in my blog, and I am just wondering about a few things…

The install went successfully, but I do wonder if it’s possible to get rid of the purple box thing around <Prev>, <Next> and the date. I’d rather just have the text in hyperlink colour and that’s it.

I also wonder if it’s possible to remove the “dot” thing in front of my events. They look rather annoying so I’d like to get rid of them.

How do I enable the pop-up feature so the “tool tip” thing looks like this website ? http://klangbuero.ath.cx/

Basically, I want my calendar to look similiar to that calendar 😛 The tooltip, the non-“dot” event list, and the uncoloured background of hyperlinks.
