Custom post type, archive pages

    I have added a custom post type and modified the query so that the loop contains both posts and my new type.

    It works except for a problem with archive pages, somewhere there is a lookup for posts that only checks for posts and not for my new custom type. I have modified the calendar and archive content but when I click on the link the get the archive the result is a 404-page.

    Check for example on this page Archive November and click on 17 in the calendar or try to go to any month earlier than june 2005 in the calendar.

    Where is that query?
