503: Service Temporarily Unavailable

    I want to test out my site logging in as different level users (I’m using s2Member plugin0, but am getting the following error message:

    503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
    Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
    Please contact Support if you need assistance.

    Can anyone tell me what settings do I need to change temporarily to allow me to do access my site as Admin and 2 different users?
