# 503 error

 * I’m using the latest version, tried redirecting a domain to my site tonight and
   it’s stopped worked ever since even when I go in the original domain
    [http://www.sheabutter.x10host.com](http://www.sheabutter.x10host.com)
   instead of [http://www.sheatree-bodyessentials.co.ke](http://www.sheatree-bodyessentials.co.ke)
 * I keep getting the 503 error,
    any help please

   contact your webhost. It is likely a server issue despite what your host says–
   also, check your .htaccess file – check IP restrictions

 * That definitely sounds like a hosting issue. Contact your host. It could be a
   new policy they have, or a script they are running.

 * I went ahead and checked DNS Lookup of your website at following URL:
 * [http://www.intodns.com/sheatree-bodyessentials.co.ke](http://www.intodns.com/sheatree-bodyessentials.co.ke)
 * Here, I noticed that there are no A records defined in DNS Zone of your domain.
   You’ll have to contact your web host to add necessary A records in DNS Zone.
