# 503 error

 * our company website is down (503 error) and unfortunately no-one who was involved
   in setting it up is still with the business. I’ve attempted to find out who hosts
   it but without a support PIN no-one can tell me anything! Can anyone advise how
   I can get access?

   website is being hosted on a Microsoft Azure server. Have you already been in
   contact with them regarding the issue?

 * Hi – thanks for this. I’ve tried TSO host and Host Europe as they’re listed but
   both claim not to be hosting the site? What else can I try?

 * GoDaddy are claiming to be unable to help as I don’t have any log in details,
   and in fact, claim that they don’t think they host the site anyway!
 * I’ve spoken to Care Computers, who’ve said that the DNS looks fine from their
   side.
 * What else can I try?!
