# 502 – Web server received…

 * I am using Embed Any Document plugin to embed Word and PDF documents on the site.
 * PDFs are still working.
    Word Documents were working, but I started to get the
   following message.
 * Server Error
 * 502 – Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy
   server. There is a problem…..
 * This unfortunate as I was hoping to be able to reliably embed Microsoft documents.
 * Any assistance/direction would be much appreciated.

 * Hi,
    Thanks for the response. I believe that it is a browser problem rather than
   a theme issue.
