# 502 issue

 * Hello there,
 * I am working on a website that has wordfence.
 * There are 502 errors on some pages.
    ex. [https://wwwbrandsentrikcom-jhftns9rajo6t8jg.stackpathdns.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/everthing-content-blues-600×250.jpg](https://wwwbrandsentrikcom-jhftns9rajo6t8jg.stackpathdns.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/everthing-content-blues-600×250.jpg)
 * The cdn company ran tests and says it’s on the hosting side.
    But this works:
 * [https://www.brandsentrik.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/everthing-content-blues-600×250.jpg](https://www.brandsentrik.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/everthing-content-blues-600×250.jpg)
 * So the hosting company says the 502 is coming from the cdn.
 * Cdn company said to whitelist ip addresses which would most likely be the problem.
   They said it might be the firewall?
 * Help would be appreciated

 * This may be caused by Wordfence blocking that resource.
    Can you go into Wordfence-
   > All Options, and disable this option? `Disable Code Execution for Uploads directory`.

 * Other than whitelisting the CDN IP address in Wordfence, or whitelisting your
   server IP address on the CDN, I can’t think of anything.
