    Okay I am beginning to have a list of issues.
    1) suddenly my API key is insufficient, not cool
    2) the main reason for me looking for help is when I activate my Gold Cart plugin and try to look at my Catalog I get a 502 error – not sure why this is happening.
    3) I see there is a new version of this plugin, is that why? do I have to pay for it? why?
    4) I also have a membership in my site, which I would like to have combine with my store however, I am apprehensive about buying that plugin as I have not had any success with help so far and i am not impressed with having to buy an update of a plugin I have only had for 6 months.
    please help.

    actually the commercial product – support page sent me to here.
    see the copy and pasted message below. Since my Gold Cart API key doesn’t want to work I grasped at a straw, and followed these instructions.

    If you have not purchased Gold Cart you may purchase a premium support token on this page. Alternatively FREE support is provided by our community of users on our WordPress.org Plugin Page

    I figured it out on my own either way.
