    Hi Terry,
    Thank you for reporting this.

Could you please share with us what are your export settings ? Are they default one or you are selecting specific options ?

Do you use the latest version of the plugin 1.4.0 ?

    Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Best Regards,
    Boris

I am using the current version. I have tried a couple of different settings, using the default, selecting no themes and/or no plugins. The same result each time. I have tried to clear the browser cache (Firefox and Chrome) and there is still the same error.

    Hi Terry

We are happy to announce you that we released 1.5.0 version of the plugin. Please update to that version and try to export and import site data.
If something goes wrong could you please submit your request from “Report a problem” link in the plugin right corner.
In that way it will be much easier for us to resolve your problem.

Thanks for your understanding and assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Boris

Thank you for the update. The issue is that the media library is too large and when that is excluded the download is fine.
