# 502 error

 * Hi,
    I’m getting errors accessing the above URL from my IP address. It was caused
   when switching from a user. The website works from other IP addresses. I’ve cleared
   cache, deleted local storage of cookies etc. Is the IP address saved to MySQL
   DB and if so; where?
 * Any assistance would be helpful.

 * Just an FYI to anyone else on Cloudways, I had this randomly happen yesterday.
   I sent the above link to their support in a ticket and they fixed it in like 
   30 minutes.
