    HI,

I am having issues actually getting my 500px images to display at all and cannot work out what maybe causing the issue. I have inserted the security information by creating an application as per the instructions (although the process seemed to be slightly different over on 500px) but nothing at all is appearing.

Here is a copy of the Shortcode does this look correct?

    [gallery type="500px" view='photos' feature='user' username='Phillshaw' sort='created_at' rpp='20' layout='square' caption='title-desc' thumb_size='2' main_size='3' columns='3']

    Issue

    Many thanks,
    Phil

Your shortcode seems fine – I tried it out on my test instance and was able to see the images without issues.

Can you share the URL where you are unable to see the photos?

    Sure, the url is http://retrosect.com

Here is the backend of that page, the gallery should be the last element before the footer.

    Thanks,
    Phil

You seem to be getting a weird Fancybox initialization error. Your site’s JavaScript console reports that it cannot find fancybox.init, while that function exists in the same file that is reporting the error.

Can you try switching to a different lightbox library? If you really want Fancybox, maybe one option is to use Fancybox2, which is responsive. See the instructions here for how to get that in place.
