500 sync error indeed is a server error, and our developer team has looked into it and confirms that this error happening on the hosting platform outside of Printful.
We’re sorry to hear that hosting is unable to assist you with this. Woocommerce is a highly customizable integration, perhaps you had some major changes in your account that affected the whole sync process. We recommend that you disable all non-Printful plugins, revert any big changes made and try to Refresh data again.

I am receiving this error on the printful site, because I can no longer sync my products through the printful store area, I tried adding the product from the product catalogue. When a popup comes up and asks you what store to add it to (I have more than one), I choose my woocommerce store and get this error with a continue button below it. When I press the continue button, nothing happens:
We don’t have permissions to add products to your online store.
You have to click the button below to grant product managing permission.
You’ll be asked to sign in to your store.
My host says not their problem, ask printful what requirements they need?
