# 500 Server Error in Console

 * Trying to set this up again, after it broke previously (see other post) – I updated
   all plugins relating to this, along with WP Core. Details below:
 * CF7 version: 5.7.3
   CF7 Redirect version: 2.7.0WP Core: 6.1.1
 * I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins (aside from CF7 and CF7 Redirect) and
   using twenty-twenty theme, but still getting the issue.
 * The issue is when adding new redirect to the form, it throws a 500 internal server
   error in the console.
 * Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal

 * This is also preventing CF7DB from logging any form entries, and obviously I’m
   not able to add a lead via CF7 Redirect, so I’m a little lost on what to do.
