# 500 Server Error Avada

 * Hi I updated to the latest Woocommerce (plugin is regularly updated, so no big
   update) and on all 3 sites that I use this with, I use a Theme namely Avada. 
   I get critical error and can’t do anything with or I get the warning (see below)
   and in this instance the site eventually updates the plugin.
 * I get updated failed: <!DOCTYPE HTML>500 internal server errorinternal Server
   Error etc….
 * Do you know why this is the case: I use other woo-commerce plugins too but they
   vary on each account, only other one is woocommerce Customizer

 * A 500 server error masks the underlying condition and provides no debugging information.
   Normally any error does output additional details that provide information on
   the origin and type of error, this is called debug information.
 * WooCommerce attempts to log any fatal errors. You can find these under WooCommerce
   > Status >> Logs (click on the tab). After clicking on the logs tab examine the
   dropdown on the right for any “fatal-errors” entry.

   able to resolve this issue. Since haven’t heard from you in a while, I’m going

 * Hi! I am using Avada Theme and Wocommerce on my site. Yesterday I updated to 
   WordPress 5.6, Woocommerce 4.8.0 and Avada 7.1.2. Now I get a 500 server error
   when I try to edit or add new product. If I change to the wordpress theme Twenty
   Twenty-One, I do not get errors. I deactivated all plugins and the plugin that
   causes the error is Avada Builder but what is courious is that the plugin works
   fine width theme Twenty Twenty-One.
    Can you help me? My site is [https://whole-senses.com/home](https://whole-senses.com/home)(
   I have it on test mode that’s why the /home). I can give you my wp credentials
   if you need them.
