 * i get this error when i try to change the permlink to %day%/%postname%/
    and 
   i tried to delet htacces file and regenerate it the same problem what shoul i
   do exactly to change the perm link to site.com/category/postname ??

 * Your host server might not suport rewrites. ask they have the rewrite module 
   installed that is if you are not running on a IIS Server.

   their control panel
