Sounds like you broke the PHP. Did you make a copy of the file before you edited it? What changes did you make? Do you have a backup, from which you could extract a clean copy?
No. I made that mistake already
I wanted to increase the max file upload size, so I made some changes in the .htaccess file
>> Please I tried editing my wp.config file <<
What file did you edit? If the only file you edited was .htaccess, try renaming it to .htaccess.bak. If that gets your site back, you can use SETTINGS->PERMALINKS to regenerate it. Go there and click “SAVE”.
Post a copy of your wp-config.php file here (please XXXX out passwords) if you also edited that.
I would have done that but I can’t access anything, including the wp-admin page
Access via FTP or your hosting control panel, not through WordPress. How did you edit the file(s) in the first place?
I used a file manger plugin on wordpress to access the .htaccess file
Contact your host — maybe they can put the file(s) back the way they were.
Thanks. But wordpress is not replying
