 * Hello,
 * I am often getting the 500 Inthernal Server Error. I appears to me that this 
   is triggered only when a new content is uploaded. I the error lasts for a few
   hours and then it comes back to normal.
 * my site is: [http://strategieart.uk](http://strategieart.uk)
 * I suspect that the new content triggers some script or SEO and until it’s done
   I cannot view any pages. but his is only my feeling, no poof of that.
 * I tried to rename the .htaccess file but to no avail. Before I continue to other
   solutions I wanted to check out if there is someone who can suggest what the 
   culprit might be.
 * I wrote to the provider and this is their reply:

   > Also, we can see access logs from 04/Jun/2016:13:48:27 to 04/Jun/2016:13:49:
   > 46 which shows 250+ hits within 1 minute which might be the reason of Internal
   > Server Error. Please check attached logs.
   > You need to optimize your website and database or opt for VPS plan.
 * The last option is uploading fresh versions of wp-admin and wp-includes to my
   site.
