500 Internal Server Error on Install

Hello,
I am getting a 500 internal server error on the install of the plugin. I have attempted to use the version directly from the WordPress repository as well as directly from your website. I am able to install the plugin, but once I select the Activate Plugin option I get the error. The details from the error are as follows:
