500 Internal Server Error after Woocommerce Update

This sounds like a fatal error. Can you retrieve the debug log from this file path: wp-content/debug.log and paste the most recent entries here?

Do you have this plugin active: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-admin/ ? If yes, could you try and deactivate it. Does that change anything?
