500 Internal Server Error

    Hi, I have installed the xml-sitemap generator plugin. When I check the sitemap.xml page, there is a 500 internal server error. My php is 7.2 and I have set my memory limit to 128M. Hope to hear from anyone who might be able to solve this issue. Many thanks in advance.

    Would you be able to provide us with any error logs from your site, as well as a screenshot of the sitemap settings in WordPress. From there, we will be able to better assist you with your current issue.
