Hi, I’m using Elementor 1.5.5 but I have the same problem with older versions.

When I try to edit the homepage with elementor (just the homepage) I recive the “500 Internal Server Error”.

I have tried to resize the memory, to refresh the .htaccess file and all other things that I read about the solution of this problem.

I have contacted my hosting but they couldn’t be able to help me.

How can I do? I need to edit my website ASAP.

    Thanks.

  • 500 Internal Server Errors should produce an error message in your server’s error log. If you have access to the message, or your hosting company does, it might help narrow down what’s causing the issue.

FYI, there’s a Release Candidate of the upcoming version 1.6 of Elementor available here that will change the way Elementor is loaded – it might help solve the issue you’re having.

    Thank you.
I had to synchronize the server. I don’t know why it was disabled.

Now it’s working, if it shouldn’t work again, I’ll try version 1.6.

    Bye.
