# 500 Internal Server Error

 * I’m getting a 500 Internal Server Error whenever I try to install UpiCRM.
 * The system seems to hang for a minute or so without making any progress. Then,
   it times out.
 * The details of the message (Firefox browser) say:
 * “Internal Server Error
 * “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
   to complete your request.
 * “Please contact the server administrator at [webmaster email address] to inform
   them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before
   this error.
 * “More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * “Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying
   to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
 * All of my plugins are up-to-date, as is my theme and WordPress installation.
 * I have tried disabling all my plugins and changing to the Twenty Sixteen them,
   but all installation attempts still lead to the same error message.
