I removed the plugin and the .htcacssess file and it still doesn’t work!

Same thing happened to my site! Could you tell me how you could eventually fix this issue?
My site is broken now, displaying below message. I would hate to do a complete reinstall. This is awful! If the author is reading this, please help! 🙁
