    Hi,

    I think of permissions of wp-content/uploads directory.
    Media from FTP create a directory[wp-content/uploads/media-from-ftp-tmp].

    hi
    thanks for support and reply,

    I checked the permissions for these folders:
    wp-content
    uploads
    media-from-ftp-tmp

    These users have full access permissions:
    app pool group (IWPG_abcuser)
    administrator
    system
    plesk domain user

    thanks

    Hi,

    What is php version?
    It must be higher than 5.3.0.

    When you insert the following code to 484 lines of ”MediaFromFtpAdmin.php”, you can see the cause of the error. Please tell us about it.

    ini_set("display_errors", On);
    error_reporting(E_ALL);

    hi thanks for code.. i pasted it and i got this error, when i click on menu “add from server” from left side

    Error: This users root directory is not readable. Please have your site administrator correct the Add From Server root directory settings.

    and my php is 5.4
    my server is windows shared godaddy
    wordpress is installed on sub domain.
    WordPress 4.4.2 .

    except this plugin in rest of all plugins are working with no user permission error.

    thanks

    the upper error as i mentioned was my mistake, i fixed it

    But the code you gave me, is not helping to find the error.
    ini_set(“display_errors”, On);
    error_reporting(E_ALL);

    after inserting this code and fixing the path i still getting same error after few seconds.
