500 internal server error

I am begining to get this message anytime I try to log into the admin area. i moved the dashboard – that is using a different name than the previous wp-login.php. i don’t know if that’s what’s causing the problem now. anytime i try to log in to the admin area, the message i keep getting is a 500 internal server error.
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
