500 Internal Server Error

  • Wassup produced a 500 Internal Server Error.
If we activated then we becomes 500 Internal Error. After reload the site works. Make a reload again so the error comes again.

    Could you checked this please.

I found this problem too, on two of my websites.
You can trigger the problem by clicking on Filter Items by : Everything then No SPAM no SPIDER, then Everything again.
Then you will get : “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I’m using WordPress 3.7.1 with WassUP 1.8.3.1 on an ISPCOnfig 3.0.5.3 installation, with FastCGI PHP on an Ubuntu 12.04.1 x64 Server.

    Hello,
please could you try the latest version I’ve just uploaded?
I suggest to truncate the wp_wassup table before activating it because huge table upgrade can harm your site.

Consider also WassUp should be tested against other plugins you could have activated like for example, caching plugins, these plugins could have problems with WassUp.
