500 Internal error when trying to connect my google profile

    Was just trying to connect up my Google plus profile via the Connect Profile from Google+ button in the settings screen.

    When I click the button I am prompted to login to google, then I am displayed a page that asking me to accept Offline Access for google+. After click the accept button the browser runs for a while, and then returns a 500 Internal Server Error.

    Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Hi bopyd,

    That is interesting, I’m sure we can work it out. Are you able to tell me what website you are trying to set it up on? It will be easier for me to check our logs.

    I’ll start trying to look for you anyway to see what the problem could be.

    Also please ensure you are running the latest version (1.1.5 as of this post)

    User confirmed working on official support forum. RESOLVED.

    Daniel, thanks for the fast response and guidance to resolve the issue.

    For the benefit of others the upgrade from version 1.1.4 to 1.1.5 did the trick and corrected the issue for me.
