# 500 Error on Plugin Settings

 * I love this plugin and it has been working great. I’m getting an error on the
   admin pages recently, though. Please see below. Can you advise on troubleshooting?

 * Are you using the latest version of PrintFriendly? We had one version that had
   a conflict with older versions of PHP.

 * I’m using the latest version, 3.5.3.
    We are on PHP 5.5.30.

 * Looks like a conflict with meta-box plugin. Can you disable meta-box and see 
   if that fixes?

 * Hi there, Thanks for the response. We have no plugin by that name installed. 
   I am off on a few weeks of travel. Since you seem confident it’s a conflict and
   not a native issue, when I return, I will enable in our dev environment and then
   slowly add plugins until I find the culprit and report back.
