500 Error Internal Server Woocommerce

Hi all,

For some time we have been having a 500 error periodically when we make any modification in the Woocommerce> Orders tab. If we mark several as completed, or generate the shipment with TIPSA, there comes a point that the web “peta” and gives error 500.

We have activated and deactivated plugins and we did not find a solution. The server is typical of Amazon Web Services and does not consume 10%, except that something causes it to consume enough resources and the server ends up falling.
