500 Error Caused by interaction between wp_nav_menu and woo commerce

Hey All,
I was just wondering if anyone has seen this issue. I’m getting a 500 error that is being caused by a strange interaction between wp_nav_menu and woocommerce. Also, it’s only happening on my remote godaddy hosting site.

Essentially if I comment out me call to wp_nav_menu the theme loads and there’s no error or if I leave the call in and disable woocommerce the theme will load.

All attempts I’ve made to find the root error behind the 500 have failed including enabling php error logging etc as well as copying the entire wordpress and database down from the remote server and creating a new site it again locally… of course no issue.

The only difference and while not insignificant I dont think it’s the root is that my dev environment is windows and the server is linux.

Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
