500 error / Blank White Blog Posts on WP 4.2.2

    Hello there,

    I’m in the process of migrating a website that uses your plugin to WP Engine. When I moved the files and db over to WPE they’re on WP 4.2.2 and your plugin version (2.16.5) is giving a 500 error and making the blog posts display a blank white page on the migrated site. I can’t seem to figure out what is causing the error. When I disable the plugin, blog posts show up like normal.

    The website version that is still live and is on WP 4.0.5 is still working correctly.

    Can you help me figure out what is causing this error on 4.2.2?

    Hi @stillinbeta,

    It’s hard to say what is causing the error. can you get in touch with WPE support and ask them to get you a log file whenever the 500 error comes up?

    They should be able to pinpoint the exact error message that I need to help you.

    Then, go to http://prosulum.zendesk.com and open a ticket there and post your error log message there.
