    Hi,

I really do like this plugin however I’m getting a 500 error on google page speed and gtmetrix so have had to delete it.

On google page speed it still shows a good page speed for mobile and desktop 91/97 but that 500 error is a pain, I’ve reset .htaccess any advice/help would be appreciated.

    Hi @imbossok,

Thanks for your error info. On line 414 it is a call to woocommerce. Can you state the woocommerce version you got this 500 issue?

We will improve the compatibility in this week’s release.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, I dont actually have a woocommerce site, but even if the section in litespeed is on or off I still get the 500 error, also interestingly, if that part of litespeed is turned off the page speed drops a few points.

    Hi, imbossok

Are you still having a problem with this? If so, please let us know. Otherwise, I will mark the topic “resolved”.

    Thanks!

Yes I am, I have tried other cache plugins, Fastest Cache, Super Cache and Simple Cache and have not had a problem.

LiteSpeed was ok until some updates and would be my preferred cache plugin.

Ok, can you provide the URL to your site so we can have a look?

Also, it might be helpful to see your environment report. You can get a copy of that at LiteSpeed Cache > Environment Report. Either copy/paste the contents here, or scroll down, send the report directly to us, and post the report number here.

    Thanks!

    (@imbossok)

Well that may have been possible had I not now for obvious reasons deleted Litespeed and only re-installed it yesterday to check following your update.

Understood. Sorry to see you go.

If you ever change your mind and would like to troubleshoot this problem, don’t hesitate to contact us and provide the requested URL and environment report. We’d be happy to look into this further.

    Lisa

It really would have been a lot easier to have sorted this out 3 weeks ago when I first reported it, I do like Litespeed and I moved my sites to a server for that reason.

I really dont have time just now however tomorrow thurs I will set it on the site, I’m not comfortable doing it, we all get enough grief from google without inviting 500 errors.

If you could let me know when you have looked I can then remove it, if thats ok with you then I’ll do that.

Can you create a ticket which can be solved faster as our support team can involve.

    Thanks.

FYI, in case you don’t know how to create the ticket, you can do it with this link, or send email to bug@litespeedtech.com.

Well it seems like that was another waste of time, I followed your instructions:-

Also, it might be helpful to see your environment report. You can get a copy of that at LiteSpeed Cache > Environment Report. Either copy/paste the contents here, or scroll down, send the report directly to us, and post the report number here.

    That path doesn’t exist.

Are you on a multi-site installation of WordPress?
That’s the only reason there wouldn’t be an Environment Report on the main menu.

Please do create the ticket anyway. The support team has other ways to help, even without that report.

Apologies for assuming you were using a single WP installation.

I have several sites on the server, have now tried something else, was using a Themify ‘Pro’ theme and took a chance and installed a free theme, the 500 error went but the mobile page speed dropped 20points, at least I can work on that part.

    Thanks.
