5.3 update Visual & Text not working

    I just updated to 5.3 and can no longer

    switch from visual to text in my dashboard.

    I do have classic editor plugin installed.

    I deleted and reinstalled the plugin but it is still not working

    What is your mean from text editor? Mean classic?

    I am having more problems than the switch from visual to html.

    YOAST is also not working in 5.3.

    It won’t let me input data into the SEO fields.

    I am glad I had a backup installed before updating.
    I have reinstalled the previous WordPress version

    Everything is working FINE again.

    So there are definitely numerous bugs with 5.3.
    I discovered two in the last 30 minutes with my plugins.,.

    Hopefully, someone will be able to fix this mess within a few days!

    There is a select between block editor & classic, and visual & code…

    I think your mean is classic (again block editor gutenberg)
    However, if you find some bugs in plugins, simple check that all plugins are up to date before update wordpress, after update, sign out & clear cache of your browser and try again, if bug is not fixed, create a bug report in plugin page.

    For now yoast say it support 5.3 and no one report as this problem.
    For now a other user say have problem with yoast & html in classic not work. So its may be a bug.

    I am NOT using Gutenberg.

    The issue is in classic editor.

    When you look to post, there are two option in the post dashboard
    options
    1. VISUAL
    2.TEXT

    These are the two and I could not switch between visual and text.
