The sharing redirections are indeed caused by Jetpack, but the 4xx aren’t. Jetpack does not include any bookmarking feature.

You can safely activate the sharing buttons again; each one of the sharing links includes a nofollow attribute, so search engines won’t follow those links. It’s also very common for sites to include sharing buttons, so I doubt Google would penalize you for that. You can rest assured!

I hope this clarifies things a bit.

Thank you Jeremy! A clear and quick reply.

I searched all over the internet and I can’t find anything about the 4xx status codes. Maybe you have an idea? Any idea would help at this moment..

    Thanks again.

I can’t find anything about the 4xx status codes.

I could not find any reference about it on your site either; it might be worth contacting your SEO tool authors, they might be able to help.

They couldn’t help me either. I just contacted the theme autor as well. Maybe they can help.

    Have a great evening!
