Need a plugin that will allow users to e-mail notes

Hi,

This might be a bit of a newbie question, but I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. WordPress offers many great e-mail related plugins, but I need one that will simply enable my users to send themselves a quick e-mail after reading a post.

The idea behind this is that my blog is mainly running as an educational CMS, with the majortiy of content being OCW. I want my students to be able to send themselves an e-mail summarizing what they learned from a post in their own words.

So what I need is a plugin that functions like the tell-a-friend plugins, but which will allow the user to input both his own e-mail as recipient, and his own text (i.e. don’t send the post itself)

I would be immensely grateful to anyone who could help me further my search eforts.
