I try to state fairly clearly what the plugin is and isn’t. All it does is create a custom post type for Wiki articles. You are on your own for integrating the post type into your theme. You will need to create a page to display a list of wiki articles like this: http://museumthemes.com/wiki/
And you will need to create a custom single-wpwtds_article.php if you want to use a single post template besides your theme’s default single.php. While I could create template files that are included in the plugin and automatically were transferred to your active theme upon plugin activation, the likelihood that they would be compatible with everyone’s themes is fairly slim — you would still need to customize the template to your theme.

Furthermore, there’s a reason this is in a pre-1.0 state. It still needs quite a bit of work. I built this to suit a need that I had, when there wasn’t anything similar that put the articles on the front-end rather than in WP Admin. I agree that WordPress Wiki does more or less the same thing with a couple more features. However, you would still need to create your own page to display a list of wiki posts even with that.
Mostly, I created this for myself and made it available to the community if anyone wanted to use it as an example of Custom Post Types to play with and do whatever they want with it. If anyone would like to contribute to the plugin to add to any of the areas that are in obvious need of attention, feel free to let me know.
